Join our Operations Team as Customer Service & Office Adminstrator?

Wexford Bus is recruiting two full time Customer Service & Office Administrators who take pride in helping passengers. There is one permanent position and one six month fixed-term contract.

Excellent customer service is the priority in these roles. You will answer enquiries, resolve issues where you can and provide clear information when services change or are disrupted. You will also be a helpful point of contact for our drivers throughout their working day. This is a shift-based role working between our Operations Centre in Drinagh and our public office in Redmond Square, Wexford. You must be available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays as rostered

Wexford Bus Driver Training Academy

The Wexford Bus Driver Training Academy offers a fully inclusive training package to select individuals who want to become a bus driver with Wexford Bus. Wexford Bus will cover the cost of all the driving lessons, training and provision of the vehicle (approx. value of €3000).

We are looking for a number of exceptional people to join our trainee bus driver programme. You will receive first class training from our qualified instructors based here in Wexford to achieve your category D driving licence (category for driving bus) with possible employment with Wexford Bus and further development once you have your licence.
