Applications are open to

Qualified D License Drivers: must be in possession of a full D category EU Driving license, driver CPC card (with all relevant driver modules up to date) and Digital Tachograph card. 

Qualified D1 License Drivers: must be in possession D1 category EU Driving license, driver CPC card and be willing to train for full D category license. Wexford Bus will provide all training as per the Driving Training Academy explained below.

Trainee Coach & Bus Drivers for Driver Training Academy: If you are over 21 with and hold a category B (car or light van) driving license and would like to train as a bus driver we offer a free training programme through the Wexford Bus Training Academy that can be completed on a full or part-time basis depending on your current working arrangements. (see details below)

Wexford Bus operate a full range of public transport services including inter-urban, local and private hire services out of Wexford, Gorey, Enniscorthy and New Ross. We also operate contracted services including school transport.  Therefore, a wide range of contracts can be offered including, full-time, part-time, weekends only and school term.

Wexford Bus offer a very competitive benefits and starting package for the team and incremental pay increases based on length of service.

Applicants may be required to work weekends, early morning, daytime, evening and night shifts as a public transport provider we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note there are opportunities to drive a variety of sizes of buses and coaches.
