We are delighted to report that our customers have spoken and have awarded us with a 94% customer satisfaction rating in our recent customer satisfaction survey.
In September 2021, we conducted a customer survey with over 400 passengers who rated their overall experience with Wexford Bus. The survey showed that 94% of customers surveyed are satisified or very satisified with Wexford Bus. When asked to rate their experience with Wexford Bus in terms of customer service, 90% of respondents rated Wexford Bus as excellent/above average and 91% of respondents rated our commitment to passengers health and safety as excellent / above average. We are very proud of these results and of course all of our team that contribute daily to providing a consistently excellent service.
