94% of customers are satisfied or very satisfied with Wexford Bus

We conducted a customer survey with nearly 550 passengers during the months of July and August to rate their overall experience with Wexford Bus.The survey showed that 94% of customers surveyed are satisfied or very satisfied with Wexford Bus.  When asked to rate their experience with Wexford Bus in terms of customer service, 88% of respondents rated Wexford Bus as excellent/above average and 90% of respondents said they would be likely to recommend Wexford Bus to a friend or colleague (rating it between 7 and 10 on scale of 1 to 10).
